Price on Request Process

Product Selection:
The customer browses the Brandbox India website and selects a product from the main product category page.

Product Details Page:
Upon clicking on the product, the customer is taken to the product details page, where images and specifications are displayed. Since the pricing for these exclusive items is not publicly listed, the “Price on Request” option is shown instead of a direct “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button.

Customer Inquiry Submission:
When the customer clicks on “Price on Request,” they are directed to a contact form that is automatically prefilled with the selected product’s details (e.g., product name, SKU, or reference code). The customer then fills in their contact information and submits the form.

Internal Review & Quotation:
The Brandbox India team reviews the request, checks product availability, sourcing timelines, and other details, and then provides a customized quotation directly to the customer via email or phone.

Transaction & Fulfilment:
 Once the customer agrees to the quoted price and terms:

  • The payment is completed through a custom payment link generated by Brandbox India (linked to the approved payment gateway).
  • Upon successful payment, Brandbox confirms the order and arranges for product delivery.
